Hello players, are you looking for a storyteller to meet you are the table? Willing to wade into the Virtual space yourself or with a group? Looking for games beyond just the D20 system? Well I can be the answer to all these questions, I am a Storyteller for hire and I run RPGs, I am familiar with a list of different games which I will post soon.
What is a paid Storyteller?
Paid GMs or Storytellers are people who fill the role as the facilitator of many RPG games out there. This person does the planning of the adventure and builds the set of the that the player characters explore and experience. They can also fill the role of teacher for a new system to help players learn the ropes.
What type of games are available?
This question varies depending on if the group is interested in a one shot adventure or a Arc.A one shot is a single game with premade character in one of the systems from a list, or prepared games. Most often as a group one time event or a way for everyone to get a taste of a gaming system. If focuses on learning aspects of the rules and getting across the feel of the system the players have chosen.
Arcs are a story told over 3-6 sessions, the players make their own characters if they would like, premade characters can still be provided on request. The story will be crafted to the PCs and the characters will have a chance to grow. When the Arc ends the group will be given the first opportunity to book a continuation of the arc before the time slot re opens to other groups.
What is the cost to hire?
The costs are done by individual or group. The standard per individual the current price is $4 per hour per player. This is with the assumption of a 3 player minimum for the game to run. Either you and your friends or other individuals with similar interests. Games can be scheduled between 2-4 hours in length depending what the group is interested in.Still have your interest?
